the experts

Our highly trained practitioners have spent many years fine tuning their hands in a process called ‘entrainment’ to detect the subtle movement and flow of energy. Upon booking your appointment and after an initial consultation, the practitioner will cater the session to your individual needs. Each of our practitioners are incredibly skilled. Together, we have over 75 years of combined experience.

Julia Collins

Julia has been studying and practicing body + energy work for over 12 years, both locally and internationally. She is continually amazed at the results her clients’ achieve from this work and her incredibly gifted team.

Julia loves to see clients move away from physical and emotional pain and towards greater states of freedom and joy. It is her goal to disseminate the practice and study of the systems of Polarity Therapy & CranioSacral Therapy to as many people as possible. It is her belief that through our own individual healing we can heal the world.

Upon graduating with honors from St. Lawrence University in 2010, Julia relocated to Honduras for a few years to work as a Scuba Dive Master. After that, she received her 200 hour YTT through the Swara Yoga Academy in Nicaragua. The practice of yoga opened the door to understand the more subtle bodies and how to adjust them through the intentional redirection of energy.

Julia studied at Centro de Terapia de Polaridad, in Tepotzlan, Mexico from 2013-2016 with renowned ‘curanderos’, Eduardo Morales and Silvia Vega. She recently returned in 2021 with her family to complete a 100 hour course on the Vagus Nerve, her newest fascination.

She now teaches 12 levels of professional training in Polarity Therapy and 3 levels of professional training in CranioSacral Therapy. Please visit the ‘trainings’ page under the learn tab for more information on coursework.

*Julia will resume taking new clients in early 2025.

Sean Dunn

Hailing from Little Compton, RI, Sean’s interest in alternative health began with the desire to heal his own chronic pain. After sustaining severe injuries in a major car accident in 2008 and walking the allopathic medicine model for nearly 12 years, Sean found himself with more problems and more pain. He finally decided, in 2019, to explore other ways of healing.

Prior to being a Practitioner of Polarity Therapy and Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Sean worked in the Hospitality Industry for 15 years. He realized that his career in Management and Restaurant Consulting, although successful, was not entirely fulfilling and his health, both mental and physical, was being negatively impacted. Over the past two years, Sean has completed 600 combined hours in Polarity Therapy and Cranio-Sacral Therapy, both at the Zen Den with Julia and Centro de la Terapia de Polaridad, in Tepoztlan, Mexico. Through the application of his coursework Sean has experienced a massive improvement in his own health and vitality— such a testament to these beautiful systems.
